Our computer system is user friendly and easy to understand despite the multiple tiers of security. Managers can get in to the database for their company to view their staff’s benefits, time off and make changes where necessary. We set up the security in the back end of the system and the managers of each company are responsible to create and maintain passwords.
In addition, an employee can use the system to see their page by logging into the website and setting their own password. They can then view their employee information and use the web-based “open enrollment” option to enroll online or make changes to their benefits.
For pay periods, we have an online time clock system where employees can log in to clock in and clock out at their desk regardless of whether they work in-house or in another state. After managers approve the time, we then can make payroll for their company in a speedy, efficient, accurate way. Access to the company payroll database can be achieved simultaneously from different locations by staff and management.
Each of our clients’ system profile is branded for that particular company or division, giving it an official appearance.
